Howto Get Title from Bill of Sale in WV

Looking at a TT350 and wondering what it would take to get a title if the bike comes with just a bill of sale in WV or elsewhere.

Does it require a title search using the VIN or something?

Is it worth the hassle? :roll:

Never mind, gotta finish the pond before we can get the second bike.

My wife wants a nice commuter bike.
