flywing body ,frame, cdi, tire ,rebuild

Hey heres is my flywing after installing all honda crf 150 body parts including gas tank.
I had to reweld frame by the carburetor since hondas carb comes out at a different angle.
I also had to replace cdi.i put a aftermarket honda crf 150 cdi.it cost like 15$ new online.had to get honda wire plugins to make it plug an play but it was easy.just some sodering.
I wish I could get the honda shock in there but due to carb location it looks like a big job. If I had one tho I would attempt it.the shock travel on honda is longer by far.

Trying to rebuild the rear tire now. Got bearings figured out.
But not sure what to do with the spokes.2 are missing and 3 are broken.
I might get some grade 8 bolts with same thread and make some.
Anyone ever replace these? Not sure were to get them.

Looks good. What size rim is the rear. CRF100/XR100 may be a start for spokes.

i would like to also play around with the chain sprockets and see if i can get some higher speeds out of it for cruising.
I noticed that the honda has a different style of sprocket bolt pattern for the rear so can't get it from a honda.
the rear is 60t the front is 15teeth.
i would like to get somthing like a 48 or 50 for the rear and keep the 15 t00th for the front.
i use the bike for getting around in warm summer days over flat lands mostly and never rally the bike so i think it wouldn't mind the extra load.
right now i think i was able to get around 48mph but the moter is screeming like its gonna explode.
in 4th gear i go about 20mph at the rpms that sound reasonable for cruising.
i would like to raise that speed to about 35ish.
anyone play around with the sprockets on these?
i see some for sale for the china pocket style bikes, just not sure if they will work for these bigger bikes.

I would find a 17t counter shaft sprocket. Its much easier to change and would likely get you close to what you want. You can swap back to the 15 easy too.

I think you will like a 17T. That is what most of the 200cc bikes had on the counter shaft. They usually had a 56T rear too.

You could even try an 18 front sprocket. Jibberwobble found them, I think. Try Buchanan's for spokes; they even have stainless.

I was wondering how larger a sprocket would fit without contacting the case. 18 might go in there.

yea i tried to find a 18 but couldn't and wasn't sure on fitment either.
My cover for sprocket was broken a bit so i orderd one that will close off the magneto but will leave sprocket exposed. So might be able to go even bigger.
I guess i will see how it all fits when i get it in the mail.
i will try to post a picture after done with setup.
thanks weldangrind on spokes help.Looks like they got any kind of spoke you would need and they sell individually as well.
I would like to find a different rim altogether some day.
because due to riding without the spokes and having others loose it made the tire into a figure 8 slightly.
maybe a bigger honda tire would work but not sure about the middle section since its different design.
