Pipe Mods for Zongshen Storm 250

hey there. i have a 2006 model zongshen 250 Vtwin, my model is shown here, this website also has a little video of the bike being ridden.

http://www.superbyke.co.uk/product.p...ngShen+ZS250-5

This bike has a cloned version of the XV250 motor, but I think more folks are familar with the Lifan 250 as far as cloned XV250's from China go.
This short youtube is of a Lifan 250 with Marving exhaust that is made for the Vrago 250..

My stock exhaust is a 2-1. It is very poor, since this bike is CARB/California approved. To Restrictive! I have had no luck finding an aftermarket set of pipes, only the Marving (designed for the Virago 250) that CBXMan wants $450 for, but i love the sound on this one however!

I would try to modify a stock/used Virago 250 system, if I can get my hands on one!

tia,

You could drill it out if it's too restrictive? It's the cheap choice.

ive had my exaust off for the past few months (waiting on replacement american lifan get yout thumb outta your wazoo and just put a shipping lable on it and send it on) and i fire my bike up every few days for a few seconds just to keep it running and honestly i like the tone coming out of the rear bank pipe (has a nice chop to it) and have been thinking about running the same thing from the front bank straight out the back and connect a piece to the rear bank and run it out the back.
