Hawk 250 Registration in Pennsylvania

Can anyone share an update on getting a Hawk 250 registered and insured in Pennsylvania? Last I read is PA DMV will not issue a title for any bike originating I n China. Please share your experience if you have had one. Thanks.

Wonder if PA would exclude the new csc. tt250? About $2300

I live in Idaho, but I am a native of Pennsylvania. The DMV Nazis of the Keystone State are very tough on Chinese bikes. However, you won't have a problem getting a license plate for either the CSC Cyclone RX3, or the CSC TT250.

Since they are listed on the EPA/DOT 'list' that the government puts out annually as 'on-road' the Bashan line of enduro bikes should be registerable, too.

Hawks are listed on the 'other' EPA list, the one for off-road bikes, so that is why some of the states have cracked down and not allowed registration for on-road plating; they are technically dirt-bikes.
