Hey guys have any of you purchased your bike from www.rideoncar.us ?

I just placed an order for a hawk 250 but the price seems too good to be true, I emailed their customer service if I could change my order and they were quick to respond which threw me off. Did I get taken or what ?

Never heard of them. Those prices do look ridiculously low. I sure hope they are legit for your sake.

Haven't purchased anything from them before, but looking at the prices, I might. If they bought a huge lot of bikes, it's possible they can let them go for those prices. I would call your credit card company and let them know you have a bad feeling about the purchase, but don't want to make a fraud claim just yet. That way they have a record of your call, and it will help your case if you do wind up pursuing a refund. In the meantime, I would just give it a few days and see what shakes out.

Cancel that order ASAP!

Just went on their website. Bad grammar, misspellings, probably Chinese speakers.

But get this. I found their US address in Oklahoma City, pasted it into Google Maps, and it comes up as a Friday's restaurant! What I was expecting to see was that "Suite 109" was a mail drop box. The Canada address looks like it's boarded up.

The 539 area code is to Tulsa, OK, not Oklahoma City.

Total scam. Always beware the ridiculously low prices. And their refund policy is ridiculously lenient for returns.

That address is Hickory Farms at Quail Springs Mall. I would say it's a scam!

Yeah, same building I found. Street-view picture is of a Fridays, but in the overhead it mentions Hickory Farms.

If you go to the street view on Google earth it's a new building being built. I just emailed them and asked if they are selling these rides out of Hickory Farms at Quail Springs Mall ? lol I'm waiting for that reply.

My guess would be in the negative. I am not aware that Hickory Farms is branching out into Chinabikes. I will do exhaustive research and get back to you.

Wow, I've owned/been on zx10, cbr1000rr, hayabusa forums but you guys are by far the most bad ass.

My Gen 1 ZX10R was stolen last month and the turbo busa is in NJ so for the price I couldn't help myself.

The crazy thing is they did reply to my first email about changing my order to a DLX, lets see what happens.

The Canada address is for the Eatons Centre ,it’s a big fancy mall in downtown Toronto that I can’t imagine a china bike purveyor could afford ,when Eatons went bankrupt ,Sears took it over as their Canadian head office ,like I said china bike not likely .I can’t find anything else for their Canadian set up ,can’t find another website but I only have a half ass amount of energy to look things up ,at least today .I guess I can try ordering from the US site ?

Actually it's warning people not where to buy from. I wouldn't advise anyone to order from this site until we see the out come with what actually does happen with NYCDiesel's dealing with them.

You're right. I thought it was the boarded-up property next to it. But yeah, a Chinabike outlet in a fancy downtown mall? I think not.
