Son ordered a bike Monday...made sure what he wanted was in stock before he ordered... White TBR7... They said it was in stock...Paid for it monday and today Friday it still has not shipped out yet... How long does it take them to ship something out? We are putting it together our self ...

'In stock' could mean at the back of an out of state wearhouse under a bunch of other crates. Also staff might be on holidays for Chinese New Year. Hopefully she ships soon!

I picked my bike up from txpowersports in person, and can assure you they have ALLOT of bikes in stock, and not just in that 1 location. Weve had some freezing rain here this week and that might be slowing the shipping too.

Yea its on the way.. TxTaoRider I see you have a 2021 TBR7.... Does the carb have a choke cable or manual choke and I hear it has a USB Port..

Hi All, I ordered a Hawk a week ago from TX. They answered the phone before the sale and helped with some technical questions. I submitted the order and this is the last that I have heard. I got a buysafe email but no order confirmation or tracking. My calls go strait to voicemail and no reply to the text. Is this normal or should I start getting more nervous than I already am. What has the experiences been? Thanks.
