Komoto registered in NJ!
Got my Hi-Bird 250 Komoto registered in NJ the other day. Just wanted to post this just in case anyone is weary about getting this bike in NJ because of DMV. To my amazement the (usually horrible experience) trip to the NJ DMV turned out to be quite easy and painfree. When I got there I handed the guy my MSO and he goes, "What is this?". I said, "it's a motorcycle..." at which point he said he knew that much and walked into the back to ask one of the others about it. The other guy came over and began to tell the guy that it was fine, even though the first guy said the MSO looked a little cheap. The other guy was a motorcycle enthusiast and began to tell me about his bikes and how he knew about these 'asian bikes' and i began to feel like this wouldnt be too bad! The rest of the process was cake, as vbike provided me with all the necessary papers, including the MSO, Bill of Sale, and Odometer Reading. The people there were actually quite friendly and were even amazed at the price I payed for a brand new bike.
Also got progressive insurance for about 90 bucks fyi. Jason |

Sweet! I got a Progressive quote online and mine was $101 a year, so I was just making sure I wasn't the only one getting such a low number.
*I'm new to the motorcycle insurance prices.
