front shocks and Broomstick

I was changing the front shock oil. I had this problem before on two other china bikes I've owned. One of the bottom hex bolts wouldn't tighten up after draining the fluid out. The broomstick did the trick. Use the tapered end down the hole. Use a strap to put a little pressure on the inside of the shock. The hex bolt on the bottom tightened right up
