Beast chain problem .

I have a 200cc GIO Beast and the chain is falling off , but the chain is tight. Does anyone know the size and pitch of the chain so I can replace it ?

Others who know more than me will chime in shortly but I bet its a swingarm bushing issue. Common (universal?) problem in Beasts and it would cause torquing/malalignment of the sprocket/chain axis and the symptoms you describe.

I used an RK 428H chain on my Beast (H is for heavy duty). I also changed the swingarm bushings to Yamaha parts, and I installed 1/4" spacers on the right side swingarm-to-axle flange surface, due to the difference in width. Fixed.

X2.

Although I haven't ridden mine more than 5 minutes since this change. Damn.
