2019 Brozz Gear Indicator

Just got done assembling my Brozz and everything works great except the display for the gear indicator isn't working. Just wondering if something easy or if I have to start tracing wires. Thanks.

Check the connectors at the cluster and gear selector switch near the gear shifter to make sure all the pins are pushed in all the way and locked in place. Does the neutral light come on?

I had a fuzzy neutral light going ON & OFF since new. I re-plugged the whole main wire harness no joy. Found a louse N wire under the front sprocket cover where it rubber bushings through into the engine case totally by accident when I pulled the chain for cleaning... I was bored. Point is start top down but you may get elbow deep into it but you WILL find it.

12V test light is your friend.

Mine didn’t work as well. I was getting crazy gears like 8th gear when I should be in 5th. Turned out there was a pinched wire in the cable down near the sprocket cover. In fact the cover crushed the wire bundle which was the issue. Peace Sports sent me a new gear selector sensor and it works fine now.

Sounds like the black wire where gear ind wires connect (6pin) has no 12v ign on.
Neutral doesn’t display at led part etc

Ha Ha. Found out it works just fine once you plug the wire harness in.

Totally sounds like something I would do! Congrats on the new bike. If I didn’t already have two I would love a Brozz. I hope you enjoy it and have lots of safe fun.
