Engine guard.

Hi friends,
I managed to find some bits for my ZS200 CG clone.
Finally, I managed to find an engine bottom protector. Not that I really need it, but it looks nicer with it.
So, I got the guard but without any bolts, spacers, rubber washers....
So, I found a parts catalogue for my bike and here is the pic of it (at the bottom).
What i need is some photos of the missing parts which are used for mounting the guard. Those are: no. 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20.

no. 14 and 15 are M8 bolts, which I can search and find appropriate - not a problem
16 and 17 are some kind of rubber washers. I would need a photo of original part?

19 and 20 are something like metal spacers. I would also need a photo if possible or dimensions. Or both

With photos I need I think to make something that looks very original to the factory used parts.
Any help?

A Bolt, 2 good washers and a short piece of 3/8th inch rubber hydraulic hose will do the trick on each end, and look stock. No doubt there is a metric equivelent. 19 and 20 are flanged sleeves. The hydraulic hose goes over the distance pieces, the flange is replaced by a washer....ARH

Thanks.
I do not need metal spacers??? I would put them. I wonder what is their diameter and lenght?
As I understand, metal spacers are to make exact space between engine and guard also making tight fit guard-spacer-engine. But I could be very wrong.
Other option I can think of is, if the O.D. of the spacer is 15mm or less, it can serve as the guide for the guard movement, while the rubber hose is providing damping (if it is supposed to have this movement). I'm talking about the rear 2 mounts.

3/8 inch hose, that is 9.5mm I.D.?

Of course you need the metal spacers. You cut them out of tubing. How long should the tubing be? I don't know, that's why you mock the thing up on the bike. If you've got a picture of the bike, you should be able to see how far below the frame the skid plate sits. mock it all up, and you should be able to see how long the spacers are, and what size of hose to use that fits over the spacers. If needs be, you can use faucet washers plus regular steel washers top and bottom....ARH

Thanks ARH,
I actually bolted the guard to the frame on all 3 points. It was easier... And I like it more than to bolt to engine using spacers, rubber and long bolts.
