Bashan Enforcer: Please help me read the front brake level

i never got around to changing the brake fluid. But, now that it's 50+ degrees out, I'm itching to ride. I'd prefer to attend to the brake fluid before I do though. The back brake reservoir looks to be filled to an appropriate level, and there are the traditional Min and Max indicators.

However, the front seems overfilled. Here is what it looks like with the bike upright and handle bar turned so that the top of the front brake reservoir is level (horizontal):

The problem is that there is no level indicator. Correct me if I'm wrong, but most bikes have a Min and a Max mark on the reservoir tank, right? Without these marks, how do I really know if it's too full? How do I know how high to fill it?

Thanks,

The front brake fluid level should be right at the top of sight glass. Half way on my Hawk indicates low. Anywhere above half you will be good.

JerryHawk250, so you would say that this looks correct then?

I'll go ahead and flush the system with Dot 4.

It's getting the one screw out of the cover that gives folks a hard time. Usually the inboard one. Sometimes upon assembly, they'll get some brake fluid down in the little hole and it corrodes the little threads over time.
Be careful, use the correct size screw driver or a small electric impact, if you haven't got it out already.

Just my opinion be careful on the back brakes changed all fluids front brakes worked fine ,but air in the back brakes took the bike to my buddy garage and he is a mechanic had a professional bleeder that hooks up to air still could never get it as good as when i bought the bike.If you must i suggest as your bleeding out the old keep pouring the new in so you never get air in the system.Just a thought as i am no brake specialist.just wished id of did it this way.Hell i dontknow maybe thts how your supose to do it.I just figured out with the old then in with the new.

if the brakes work why bother. if you have bleed brakes to get the air out many times maybe go ahead if its something you think you should do. level of fluid in your pic is ok.

Really? You haven't read the same threads I have about the brake fluid. I read not to "trust" the factory brake fluid as they might not be up to US standards. Several threads on this forum recommended to change the brake fluid.
