Agb-36 Or Apollo 250rx?

Just want to know what i should do to the bike to upgrade it.

Im getting the new carb.

Is it possible to bore it out?

I just did the carb swap and sparkplug, made an amazing difference. Keep posting lost of good answers and people around.
