maybe just one more bike...
Hello everyone!
I'd like to buy a smaller bike for my wife. She likes Zongshen GY2. I was looking for some information on the net, so I accidentally found this forum. I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of good things explained with pictures. I apologize for the bad English. Dado |

Welcome to chinariders! Many of our members here are from North America, with several from the UK and Australia and New Zealand.
A good site to also join is www.mychinamoto.com which has a far more international audience. I know I have seen members posting from Croatia on mychinamoto.com. But, please post here and join in our discussions, too. There are many knowledgeable members who can help you solve or fix any problems that arise with Chinese bikes.

I own a Zongshen 200GY-2, and have ridden it for 64,000 miles (103,000 kms). You can learn more about the maintenance and modifications of this bike at the following thread. http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=6051

Welcome to the forum.
You cannot go wrong with a Zong. Always room for one more bike.

Thank you for your welcome.
I took your advice and bought Zongshen GY-2 and made some modifications. The biggest modification I made was on suspension. Some topics in this forum was very helpful. Thank Spud Rider and others. My wife got exactly what she wanted: Small enduro bike with a low seat. Maybe I can open a topic to write more about it. So, I want to say thank you for your advice and wish you a happy new year. |

Congratulations; your motorcycle looks great. What tires did you mount? What exhaust system did you install? I like your headlight and the blue cover for the oil filter. Please do start a new thread in our Dual Sport Forum regarding the modifications you make to your Zongshen ZS200GY-2.

I have similar questions to Spud's. I agree; please start a new thread.
