Roketa in houston
Saw a blue Roketa RSL 200 (Lifan LF200III clone) pull into the lowes store on I-10 at Bunker hill exit just west of houston,tx.He was riding in houston traffic wearing shorts and no helmet.

If he was wearing a wife beater he does not need a helmet, He has full protection already
