I had a great experience with Anam...shipped the bike right out. 2 days after the bike arrived, got the MSO in the mail. The next day, took all the paperwork to the DMV and got my tags. Anam answered the phone quickly every time I called and answered all my questions. I plan on using them to get a 250 or hopefully a 300 as soon as they come out!

Since Anam are the same thing as Komoto-Motors (importers for Komoto and Hi-Bird), I will chalk up the bad experience to the high gas prices pushing people to bikes, and them selling them faster than, well than they know how to get MSO's. Not defending them, because that is bad customer service practice (yes, it would have been awfully courteous to tell you that in the first place), but they have pulled through for others when they had fresh shipments in stock, and enough to go around.

culcune is probably right, no matter why though, you gotta be persistant. Don't give up. Keep at it.

Anam Alert - Update

Last week they said today, today they said maybe next week.

Disputed the charges with my CC company.
Filed a complaint with ebay, their auctions are still up and running.
Looking up the number for the BBB in OK to file a complaint with them.

This Sucks!

Hi - Bird MSO

Sold the SX-200 and bought the Hi-Bird. It is frustrating to stare at the new bike in the garage and not be able to ride it.
It doesn't help any that I have to drive my truck to work with gas at $4.00

Would not have been a big deal (I still would have bought the bike) if only I was told when I bought it that I would have to wait.

Although, I would have kept the Viva a little longer.

Any idea when I will see it?

Not trying to change the topic, but about how much would a 350-400cc run?
