Orion registration in California

Has anyone had luck in registering an Orion for the street in California? I'm finding mixed/inconsistent info online. Thanks in advance!

The Orion was Green Sticker up to model year 2018. Off-road only. Various dealers have declared it 'California legal' which is true, but only for offroad. My guess is it would be near impossible to street register it, but easy to get a Green Sticker, but only up to model year 2018.

Edit: the bikes are Green Sticker through 2019 model year. https://ww3.arb.ca.gov/msprog/onroad...930018_223.pdf
