Engine Swap from Honda XR150L to a Zongshen 250cc

Hello,

I hope this is ok, I am new to the forums.

I need help with the wiring set up on the Zongshen 250cc engine into a Honda XR150L.

I already have the engine set up and wired in for the stator and carb/etc. However, there is a random black wire that is for the firing and for the life of me, I can not figure out where it goes.

Lemme explain a little of context here:
The Honda had a 3 phase stator while the Zongshen is a 2 phase but has an extra black/red wire coming out. What I read up on and followed videos on, was wiring the extra stator wire into the original connector for the Honda (wiring 2 wires onto 1 and then 1 on 1).
Its all connected, all getting power, I have power to my neutral switch, the engine does try to turn over but never quite gets there. I can smell gas, so its getting it but its just not firing up and from what I have read the black/red wire is the "fire" wire for the engine.

Which wire do i connect that too on the Honda wiring harness? Is it from the CDI or into the CDI? And if it is, do I connect both sides of wire? I would appreciate any help anyone would have the time to give me. Thank you in advance!
