Will stock throttle cable work with a new throttle assembly?

As I was riding on Friday (before sliding) the bike handled very well. Not only was I able to comfortably do 65, but the bike felt stable. The Enforcer I had was squirmy at speed; I felt pretty uncomfortable going past 45 mph. This bike feels very different. It can handle the roads better. It showed 115kph and I had it tapped out full throttle. It needs more power, especially at the high end. Even the low end grunt could be improved. But then again, I had also just come off an hour long ride with the 80hp, Magna 750. That bike handled beautifully. It was like a caddy in comparison. I loved it.

I want to use this time to replace my clutch lever, handlebar, and throttle. I want to get the throttle that’s an upgrade for dirt bikes. I think some call it a roller throttle. It’s supposed to be smoother. Thoughts on whether the stock throttle cable will be the right length with that? The David Draper YouTube video with the db36 showed that he had to lengthen the stock cable. Couldn’t I also just buy one of the corrrct size? And I hate the mirrors. I want to replace those with a low profile mirror.

Recommendations for a handlebar, cliched lever, and throttle?

The throttle shouldn't need another cable, the colored roller type is a replacement for the cheap stock type.
That may depend how much higher or wider your bars are tho - keep that in mind

It depends on what style throttle housing you start with. If you have a unit similar to the Hawk/Bashan/TT250, then yes you will need a new cable if you change to a quarter turn roller throttle.

Technically the inner part of the cable is long enough, but the sheath of the stock throttle cable is too long. Even with the adjusters turned all the way in it will hold the throttle slide open quite a bit.

The nice thing is, there are many of those throttles sold with a cable that will work with it. Aliexpress has quite a lot to choose from, just search quarter turn throttle, or dirt bike throttle. This is the style of throttle that came with my Pumper Carb https://www.aliexpress.com/item/ZS-R...a-50aa215391e8

There are others that are fully aluminum as well. I would suggest verifying the length of the stock cable before ordering, but that length should work as it is close to the same length as my dual cable that came with my Pumper carb.
