Replacement Kick Start Arm/Lever

Anyone can recommend a kick start lever upgrade for the Hawk/BSR/TT250?


Looking to save some weight as the existing unit is substantial. I do mostly nasty dirt trails in the desert. I might even just take it off and do push starts if I need to.

Thx, but I think that one shifts but doesn't fold out of the way like the kick start lever?

That's what i'm thinking. I wasn't sure if his was the same as the Hawk. If it is then any kick start off a CRF150 should fit. Aluminum one get a little pricey though.

weight saving.... there are better places to save weight..
the saving from a kick is so small and it's low weight..he needs to
find something higher up that has a saving that is noticable...

my boys CRF150f broke it's kick so I put a chinese one on
we went though 2 of them.. but they were like $20 each
where the standard Honda one was around $170...

Yes the shaft is 16mm... Thx I will start looking for CRF150 parts. Might be more bling than weight saving at this point, or I might just leave it off the bike.

I'd keep it on for going far away, but generally, I never have to kick it. e start is oretty reliable, espeivislly if i have the lihts off. A muffler swap will save weight. new handlebars will save weight.
