21 TBR7 Valve/adjuster missing
Hi I have a 2021 TBR7 carbed bike
I had extremely low power from my bike, pulled the valve cover to adjust valves, and exhaust valve seems to be missing, what would next step be? Do i need a whole new head? Should I tear it apart and re seat everything? I attached two pics showing whats missing |

You are missing the exhaust valve's adjuster screw and locknut. Look around in there and see if it just backed itself out due to vibration, i.e. the nut was not tightened down.

Your valve is not missing, but the set screw, and it's lock nut are. Take a light, and look all around the top of the motor, behind the springs, or maybe even inside a coil, check all crevices, and hopefully you can find them. They may be together, or separated . If you don't find it/ them maybe you can get lucky, and the oil screen might have held them, maybe the wil drain out with the oil.

If those made it to the crankcase without getting caught by the cam gear set, you got insanely lucky. Hopefully they are just sitting in one of the little nooks of the top of the head.
To give yourself more visibility, I would remove the rocker box as this will give you a full view of the top of the head, and hopefully they are just sitting underneath it. It is held on by 3 bolts - one is in your first picture, furthest to the right. One in the middle, and one on the opposite side of the first one. Make sure to set the engine to TDC on the compression stroke if it isn't there already before doing so.
