Hello Everyone
Hi, I'm new to this forum, but not new to riding Chinese scoots. I need help with a no spark issue on a 2008 Tank touring De, which is identical to a big 260 I used to own years ago. It has the linhai 257cc horizontal motor. Any electrical guru's that could guide me in the right direction would be awesome. It only has 981 original miles and has been garage kept all its life. Purchased it off a 61 year old gentlemen who said he couldn't get it to run after he parked it. It looks brand new. Only paid 300 dollars for it. Everything works; lights, signals, horn, great compression, turns over, fuel flows properly, but no spark. I have replaced all fluids, fogged cylinder, have new cdi and ignition coil. I'm stuck, please help.

Welcome! Have you adjusted the valves? Every China scooter I've touched has had a tight exhaust valve.
