Need help with sizing tires (Maxfine150-4n)

So I’m working on converting a maxfine150 to a cafe style bike. I’m trying to pick out some tires ahead of time so I’m not asking these questions when I get to this step in a couple months. I have a screenshot of the tires I think fit that I want and the sidewalls of what’s on there now.
