spotted a viva scotter

We went on a bike ride to Kona today for a little fun. While we were there we spotted a viva scotter drive by on the road. First viva I have seen on the island other than ours. The guys seemed happy on it, not sure what size it was but it was fairly big.

In my neighborhood their are 2 kids that ride all over with their Viva scooters, one has removed the muffler entirely and just runs a straight pipe, imagine how that sounds...No helmets, shorts and t-shirts... That is my Viva woe....
