Timing keys valve springs

So i think key timing might b at of my wheelhouse / tools (pullers?) But ive done a lot of head work porting a little valve work..has anyone ever changed out just the vakve springs or does anyone know the stock spring specs, ive looked everywhere no luck, i have some 22 pound sprngss laying around and wonder ifthat eould be and upgrade but 2 pound might be lower than stock and hence not and upgrade lol.
Also might skip all this and get the 300 big bore kit, any advice?

Is this a cg engine? If so the stock springs are good for 8500 rpm. The power curve is around 7500 with a stock cam. If the cam is stock heavier springs would just use more power to open them.

P.S. the 4degree key is an easy mod but don't expect a big difference

Great info main ty. I could prob figure out the timing but it sounds like your saying the mythical 300 kit is calling to me. Just cant get over the idea of hsving a 300 chinese magician. Bikes just a project fun for me really think im guna go for it!

I regularly take mine to 9500rpm in the lower gears, you need to do the timing key mod to get it up there
