T3 REAR AXLE BENT

Hello , does anyone have there rear axle setup welded wrong from factory?? I assembled my T3 and when I looked at the rear axle setup.. they welded it crooked.. it is 1/2 - 3/4 inch shorter on the right side than the left.. so the chain is noisy.. I see there is no way to straighten out like on the small atv by tightening one side more.. I have to report it to GIO and try to get a rear axle setup shipped out to me.. anyone else had this problems???
