Taotao Exhaust and Carb Suggeations?

I just got my new 17 Taotao 125 atv running tonight. I adjusted the governor screw for the throttle so it has more speed and put an ngk plug in it before starting. Other than that I have done nothing. I live at about 5,000 ft above sea level and I am wondering if I need to adjust the carb at all? Also what can I do to open the exhaust?

I'm also about 5000ft asl. It seems that the EPA approved bikes from the big 3 are spot on at this altitude (because they are MUCH too lean at sea level). Not sure if China bikes are the same. ????

You may want to do a plug check and see what things look like before spending any money on a new carb.
