Hi guys I'm a newbie and I'm trying to find a Lifan dealer in the Pittsburgh pa area. Can anyone help me out? I have been combing the internet for two days,

I don't think they are officially dealing in Lifan, as of yet. Three of their models are certified according to EPA/DOT.
