signal wiring and indicator diagram

I have a turn signal kit and i need help one what color wire would go to what.

i have 2 light one for each side with yellow and black on them

then i have 2 indicatiors one for each side with black and red

i also have a relay and a switch

i am including a diagram i received with the kit and hope someone can modify it and remove a bulb from each side and give me a diagram showing the wire colors
