New exhaust

Wanted to try something else with a different tone. I like this one better.

It's this one. I left the baffle in so it's not very loud now. With out the baffle it's fairly loud.

I have the same exhaust just different color. How do you take the baffle out?

I'm not sure but I think it's on the end where it connects onto the pipe. I didn't look into it when installing as I wanted something a little quieter then the exhaust I had on it before.

Will this bolt right up to a Hellcat? Been through 2 exhausts and neither fit.

Yes finally, what a headache that was. I ended up using #100 jet after trying #95-125. My high/no idle issue ended up being a simple fix by adjusting idle cable on the handlebars first then setting idle on carb. Runs great now, starts right up.

No it wont, you need to heat up and bend the pipe in a couple placed. Here's a link of exhaust that bolt right up with no modifications needed.

https://www.motorkit.com/en/5677-exhaust-onder?p=1

I had this one on first
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Stainless-S...72.m2749.l2649

Here's a pic. This one as a larger diameter then the AR. Its a nice looking exhaust, I just wanted a lower tone then this one has. When/if I get bored with the AR maybe I will go back to this one.

@whisky what carb are you running? Haven't been able to ride my bike for a while since I didn't do my mods in order. Bike books and dies at WOT. I knew nothing about carbs before this bike.

Here's the one I ended up using with a #100 jet. I tried jet#90 all the way up to 125 and the 100 ran the best. What type of cone air filter you are running plays a big part as far as tuning goes. It took me awhile to get it to run right but now it runs great and have no worries of the bike leaving me stranded like it did before.

When I was having running issues I thought it was the carb so I purchased a genuine Mikuni carb for $150. but had the same issue as this $35 one had. It was a jet/tuning issue and the carb listed works great even at the low price.

That's the one I've been looking at. Hope it solve the problem I'm having. Been left stranded three times because it wouldn't start again.

Didn't start but would turn over right? I had to buy a better battery because the one that came with the bike was bad also the sparkplug that it came with was junk as well. Do you have a thread telling about the issues you are having? This forum/members has been a lot of help for sure working through all the issues I have had.

I can get it to start no problem, but I can only ride it for short distances. It bogs and dies in the mid to full throttle range.
