You're welcome, Spud. I don't know anything about AAPex or where they are located. I just did a search for a pic of that type generic relay and selected that one to show.
They're made in numerous control & controlled voltages and amp ratings. As Katflap noted, there are even fuzed units. At work I see them on equipment from Caterpillar loaders to a little portable steam cleaner.
