Venom
Just wanted to share my experience with Venom.
I purchased a new Xpect 200. In 5 days it was at my door. Crate in good shape. After assembling I found a couple body panels that were broken. I emailed them Sunday and by Monday afternoon I had a phone call and then an hour later I had an order confirmation they were shipping my parts. Customer service was based out of Canada. Honestly surprised how well these guys took care of me. They even included MSO in the crate. I had it assembled and after a trip to the NYS DMV I was on the road.
Not sure this could have went better!
