I should mention, if one mail-orders a Hawk in Arizona, that they would need the MCO and bill of sale, as well as a visual inspection at the Arizona Motor Vehicles Division (MVD) office. That goes for any vehicle bought out of state (i.e. mail order like many of us do for Chinese bikes or also if one moves to Arizona), or a vehicle such as a dirt bike or ATV is made street legal.
