that 196cc fi produces 14hp. mine (229) gets about the same hp but not as fuel efficient as is stated for the 196cc.
also, the 196cc is overhead cam
am thinking (as they actually state) they want to stay in the beginners market and dont want to directly compete with the hondas etc of the world.
