I have a '92 KLR250 that I'm (very slowly) rebuilding. It didn't come with a title, but that's an easy enough process where I live, although it does take about a month. Since the bike was in several boxes anyway, that didn't matter to me.
I'm hoping to get it done soon, as I'm itching to ride it.
