Click on Post Reply and look for the paper clip symbol. Use that to navigate your hard drive and select your pics. You can then click Upload, and wait for it to finish. Once it has finished, close the window, click the paper clip again, and you'll see the filename of your pic. Click on it, and it will be in your post.
I bet you can work around the dual sport issue by getting a street title from Vermont. Once you have that, you should simply be able to register it in AK with a street title, as long as you have all of the required safety equipment. Check here:
