I had heard about it before, and with some googling here's a vid of it:

It seems based on different mechanics than the Sierra/ZS200GY-2, and for some reason it appears to be most popular in Ukraine

In fact, there seems to be a flourishing Zongshen scene there (bikes, parts, etc.)
