Birthmarks? I guess you mean shipping damage?
You've got to be specific with vendors...
I am working on a return to AliExpress, and FINALLY got indication of a reimbursement. I had to be real clear with them ( for their translation to Chinese). Not sure if would understand what birthmarks are.
