Hi All
See pics below of the 2nd proto for the panniers mounting system.
You'll notice on this one we made a couple changes.
1st: The left pannier is mounted close inboard to the bike. This pannier is mounted with quick release connectors. We need to evaluate their durability is this type of set up. It is easily removed in about 30 seconds.
2nd. The right pannier has a storage tube (aka burrito tube) attached vs the water bottle mount. Again durability test to this mounting.
We depart tomorrow for a four day 400 mile run on the OBDR. We'll be shooting video and pics and will post when we return.
