Here are a few pics of the builds, I'll take more over the weekend and post...
As for mechanical improvements to the bikes... None, bone stock, and in our test runs putting them through the paces, and more than one mishap =) they are performing amazingly well.
The panniers are 6x12x13.5 ANPVS-14 Storage containers, perfect size for these bikes. (I'll post some pics of the rack build)
The 1/2g fuel can is from Coyote Trips .com, (Great Products)
The other mounting bracket may look like a a 3" fire extinguisher mount... Because it is... For our purposes they have been inverted and now hold a 1 ltr metal water bottle.
Each bike is equipped with a power point and volt meter system.
A set of 1,600 Lumens Off road lights top off the package which even during day travel is very noticeable on the trail. The lights have a stand alone control system so they can be operated with or without the factory lighting.
We use UHF two way radio's for comms between riders, mics & headsets are integrated in the helmets and tied to helmet mounted go-pro's....
