That's definitely a Honda-based single. I can tell you more about it if you can show me the left side of the motor.
That carb will work with your stock setup, but if you start modifying (performance exhaust, etc.), you'll want a Mikuni so you can actually find replacement jets. Expect to pay less than $40 delivered for a Mikuni.
