Weld the system does not have a knock sensor . You are correct about timing advance on small block chevy engines . In this case I am dealing with some unknowns . Will it use all that timing ? Is it there more for injection lead time than ignition timing . That being said , Modern fuel injected cars use this much advance in light load cruise conditions for fuel mileage ,under light load detonation doesn't seem to be a problem . my guess full advance will not be in play during accelerating load. Pure speculation on my part You can find printable degree wheels online , I plan to get some label stock and apply to a disc ,maybe metal or an old cd . i'll just have to see the direction my brain takes me then
