Upon further review, it seems PowerSportsMax is running a sale as well, and has KPR200s listed for $2199 with $300 shipping. So essentially the same deal as above.
I had heard that Lifan was updating the KPR200/KP200 line, and it looked promising. (New styling, new cylinder head, etc). We will see if Im patient enough to hold out for one of those though
