So, the other night I bought a photo dated February 8, 2014 from
THIS GUY, with a few stipulations -
1. I had to meet him at E. 161st St. & River Ave. at 3;45AM,
2. Bring a lot of unmarked bills in a bag with a long strap,
3. Show up alone
4. All he said to me was " I'm from the Chicago area, don't get cheesy with me..."
