There's an interesting effect with motorbikes whereby you can never really tell much about one until you actually see it. The Ninjas 300, ZX-6R, and ZX-10R are all surprisingly small, the KLR and Versys are absolutely enormous. The X-300 is a surprisingly hefty looking bike considering the relatively small donk.
I recall being shocked the first time I saw a VStrom DL650. It was a 2011 model and I'd seen plenty of photos, but I wasn't aware of just how
big it is.
