Your TT-R225 employs the same oil filter as my Zong, and the Yamaha TW200. My Zong's oil filter is virtually identical to the oil filter in you eBay auction. That's an excellent oil filter, and it is designed to be cleaned, and re-used. You can also purchase those oil filters from Taobao.

Check to see if you current oil filter is also constructed of steel mesh. If so, it is designed to be cleaned, and re-used. You can also purchase single-use, paper oil filters for your TT-R225, but I highly recommend the steel mesh, re-usable oil filters.
