The only value I see is intrinsic. It gives a person who could otherwise not ride a two-wheeler the ability to simulate the experience. With a conventional trike, a typical reverse trike or a sidecar rig, you're actually steering into corners. If I had balance issues and could no longer ride a two-wheeler, I'd consider something like this. That said, I'd rather have a sidecar rig.
