Red, I always enjoy your write-ups. Everything is so well organized, well-thought out and nicely photographed.


I think the design of these motors is so cool, because they're really just Hondas that I'm familiar with, but turned sideways. The centrifugal clutch and the main clutch pack are almost identical (although more heavy-duty) to the old Honda ATC 200.


I really like your idea of moving the oil cooler above the front rack. Have you considered using a one-wire hydraulic hose for extra security?
