Ok...here's the skinny.
It looks as though you get about 1/2" swing on the ENDS of the levers by the adjusters.
On the brake side, you can see the adjustment swing.

On the clutch side, I shot just one pic of the CLOSEST setting. The adjuster swings away from there for larger hands. I was wondering why....then I realized after compressing it a number of times, even properly adjusted, that you need at least that much action to engage and disengage the clutch properly. If it was closer to the handgrip, the clutch would drag.
