Thanks for bringing this to my attention. For some reason I wasn't seeing them.
There shouldn't have been any 'between page load' ads. For some reason Google runs it's own 'ad experiments' now without asking the Admin first.
I just removed that option now, so you shouldn't be seeing any full-page ads between page loads anymore.
